League will be following the USlacrosse rulebook. Minor modifications will be enforced to promote the safety of the participants.

There will be a face-off to start the game and to start the second half.

There is no defense allowed in the backcourt during clears after a goal (i.e. free clears)

Diving in the crease is legal for a shot. (A player must not be in procession upon landing back in the crease and not hit the goalie in the process)

Shot clock resets on contact with the goal/goalie or change of possession.
